Colin has been a Principal at Warrener Stewart for twenty-four years, having trained at BDO and gained experience at KPMG. He is joint managing director of the firm.
Colin works with the firm's larger clients, not only on compliance matters, but he also acts as a sounding board for clients, helping them to develop strategically at every stage of their business lifecycle through his insightful advice.
Alongside advising the firm’s larger clients, Colin has developed specialisms in a number of areas. His expertise includes conducting business valuations, developing business plans, as well as due diligence assignments in connection with the purchase or sale of businesses.
Colin is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW and is a member of the Expert Witness Institute, having gained considerable experience in writing expert witness reports for a wide range of legal cases.
