New working practices for the post-COVID era

07 August 2020 • Warrener Stewart

At Warrener Stewart, we have been operational throughout the COVID-19 crisis, supporting our existing clients in an uncertain time. Our focus on nurturing successful relationships and facilitating regular contact has remained high, thanks to the technology available to us.

As the economy starts to move, with record mortgage approvals as a result of the stamp duty holiday and businesses bouncing back with changing cultures, planning for the future is vitally important. In the ongoing ‘new normal’ circumstances surrounding the pandemic, we are implementing new working practices, including virtual meetings via video conferencing and remote working. In lieu of face-to-face meetings with clients, we are communicating using a variety of online platforms including Teams, with all of our account handlers working normal office hours remotely, in order to work with clients as usual.

“Despite the challenges of recent months, we continue to provide an exceptional service to our new and existing clients,” says Colin Edney, Director. “Businesses will need to adapt, by revisiting budgets and business plans or reforecasting growth, which is where Warrener Stewart can really make a difference. We are confident that virtual meetings are the way forward in working successfully together as we navigate the post-COVID era.”
