Family Businesses

A family business can be anything from a small legal practice through to a large corporate, whatever the size the defining factor is that there are two or more family members actively engaged in the day to day running of the business.

This brings with it a unique set of problems. Warrener Stewart has a wealth of experience working with owner managed companies who have grown and include other members of their family.  We are used to balancing competing interests of the individuals concerned against the business plan.

One thing all family business need to plan for is who will continue within the business. Warrener Stewart will work with the key decision makers to formulate a succession or exit plan early on.
