Continued growth drives new appointments at Warrener Stewart

Increased client demand and continued growth are translating into further investment in talent at Warrener Stewart. To support momentum, the firm is expanding its teams across Warrener Stewart and specialist US-UK tax firm WSA Tax.
Strengthening the Warrener Stewart team
Warrener Stewart has welcomed Will Ritchie as Assistant Manager, alongside graduate trainees Will Sachs and Kapil Sapkota. All three will work primarily across audit while also supporting the firm’s accounts work.
The appointments come as Warrener Stewart takes on increasingly extensive and complex work, including larger audits and group consolidations involving multiple companies.
As clients and their needs continue to grow, expanding the team will provide the capacity needed to maintain the high level of support existing clients expect, while giving Warrener Stewart the flexibility to pursue future opportunities.
Alongside recruitment, the firm is developing its internal processes and utilising the latest systems and platforms to deliver enhanced client services.
Growth continues at WSA Tax
The investment in people also extends to WSA Tax, where increased workloads and new client work are driving further expansion of the team.
Celia Case and Viktoria Vladova have joined in graduate roles, becoming the second and third graduate hires at WSA Tax this year following an earlier appointment in April. Both will receive hands-on training across US and UK tax, with the longer-term aim of developing the experience and technical knowledge required to progress into client-handling roles.
Additionally, Pooja Stephen is joining the firm as a qualified Enrolled Agent, bringing specialist US tax expertise to the team. Pooja will support WSA Tax’s growing client base with a range of US tax matters, further strengthening the firm’s capability to deliver expert cross-border tax advice.
The approach reflects WSA Tax’s preference for developing talent from the ground up. Previous trainees have progressed within the business and are now involved in training newer colleagues, helping that experience pass through the growing team.
Investing for continued growth
Across Warrener Stewart and WSA Tax, the latest appointments reflect a wider focus on sustainable growth: investing in people today to build the skills, experience and capacity the businesses will need tomorrow.
