The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in tax and business, enjoy problem solving, be organised and be comfortable working with people and numbers.

As a Personal Tax Trainee, you’ll work with a varied portfolio of clients and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of personal tax matters. Your role will include assisting with the preparation of personal tax returns, liaising directly with clients, corresponding with HMRC and supporting the team with tax planning and advisory work as your knowledge and experience develop.

The role includes a comprehensive study and work experience opportunity, including tuition, mentoring and paid study leave, as you work towards a professional tax qualification. You’ll learn from experienced members of our tax team while gradually taking on greater responsibility and developing your own client relationships.

We are a close-knit team in a positive and friendly environment. We have regular socials and a strong working culture, offering plenty of opportunities to develop your technical knowledge and grow your role as your experience progresses.
