Stuart joined Warrener Stewart in 2010 and was promoted to an Associate in 2020 and a Director in 2022. He led the formation of the firm’s Edinburgh office in 2019 and now heads up a growing team that works with clients across the UK including Edinburgh.
A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, Stuart works with corporates, individuals and owner managed businesses. His previous experience in the accountancy and tax affairs of clients gives Stuart a thorough understanding of how businesses function and enables him to provide valuable advice.
A current focus of Stuart’s is growing the number of local, Edinburgh-based clients working with the firm.
Stuart, originally from Oban on the west coast of Scotland, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a Scottish practice. He has a degree in accountancy and finance from the University of Glasgow.
He enjoys badminton, previously playing at county level, and likes watching most sports.
